Rescued dog "feeling well"

A young dog found in a Belgrade neighborhood two days ago <a href="http://www.b92.net/eng/news/crimes-article.php?yyyy=2010&mm=04&dd=15&nav_id=66482" class="text-link" target= "_blank">with all four of her legs cut off</a> is feeling well this morning, her vet says.

I cannot believe, there is an identical case in Bulgaria happening at the same time! Is this some kind of satanistic ritual going on?

I agree, Mike. Nice that she wasn't just put down after surviving an ordeal like that.

It's not a case of animals being more important than humans, but a sense of humanity should naturally encompass kindness to animals.

Honestly, what sort of a person would do something like that? If they do that to a dog what would they do to a human? It's beyond belief.
