One, shouldn't Bosniak media be the ones to apologize since they were reporting with pride that she said this.

Two. She waited a whole 10 days to react to such reports.

Three. She waited a whole 5 days after Vukcevic used it as an example.

Four. Vukcevic in his statement, said this was alledged. (Quote: Vukčević deeply offended the Bosnia Court by saying that if it was true that Bosnia's Supreme Court president said that "we are all (Ejup) Ganić", then Bosnian courts cannot be expected to conduct fair trials)

Four. If she's playing semantics. There is no "Court of Bosnia" and there is no "Supreme Court" there is only a "Consitutional Court." A Cosntiutional Court is a Supreme Court, serves the same function. She shuld be fired for not knowing this.

Top,

My thoughts exactly.

B92,

A great addition to this article would be a paragraph telling us where, exactly, the Serbian prosecutor might have heard this quote.

In her letter she rejects as untrue the allegation that she ever made any such statement about Ganić. Vukčević should have at least checked to see if there was anything to the allegation before repeating it. What he did was unprofessional and he owes her an apology.

Apart from the fact that it's not very smart to quote persons in a position which doesn't exist, I'm missing a statement about if the words "we are all Ganic" have been said or not.

From the sentence "Public identification with a suspect would be scandalous if it came from a judiciary official, and particularly the president of the Bosnia Court, she said." I conclude that she never said those words, so an apology should be given - or Vukčević should explain whom he was referring to when talking about this non-existing supreme court president.

I wish I could hear Mrs Kreso’s response to politicians’ pressure exerted on the law courts in the region and BiH as well. I would say that there has been a lack of response or a tepid response by Bosnian judiciary. What she refers to is the true statement made be Mr Vukčević assessing there could be a lot of problems if Ganić were to stand a trial in Bosnia. Ganic ,personally, was astounded when he heard that Bosnia issued an extradition warrant for him. Here is his statement:’’ Bosnia cannot request my extradition because I did not flee the country. I was arrested in London on May 1st on my way back to Bosnia and it it is quite absurd that Bosnia made a request for me to be extradited for trial. I have always been within the reach of the institutions and persons and I am in London now to tell the truth’’.
