I wouldn't hold my breath. Croatia and Bosnia don't have Tadic there so there will be no recognition of any crimes committed against the Serbs.
In their history books there are no crimes to record and nobody is going to insist that they do. Well, nobody except the Serbs but that won't make any difference to them.

Until there is a recognition that all sides committed crimes and are prepared to say it out loud, history will keep repeating itself. You see, when people are absolved of their crimes and are even led to believe that their side were only victims they will continue to behave as they always have because they have a good image without having to make it true. As humans we have all have it in us. If we could have a good reputation without having to earn it, we will not improve.
