"He said that the CoE is doing everything to help the people of Kosovo in a status neutral way."

They need to say that the COE is status neutral and needs resolve in a Policy, adding that KFOR and the Albanian Leadership must create and environment that allows the approximately 250,000 minority IDP refugees, purged under KFOR's nose, to return to their homes free from violence and oppression.
