""Anyway, Greece will want to stay out of this because it brings in uncle IMF and Greece has to give up Macedonia's veto.""

How on earth did you come up with this conclusion?? And how the Greek veto to FYROM is connected to the IMF and Greece's economic situation?

Greece will keep existing with or without loans and will keep blocking the pseudo-macedonian state of FYROM entering both NATO and the EU. Until the ultra-nationalist goverment of VMRO change the name of the country.

PS: What do you think of "Northern Macedonia", you like it? Well I don't care if you like it or not. This is the name I choose to give you anyway.......

Default is assured

Greece cannot afford to pay its debts so they give them more debt? By the way, 5% is expensive, more expensive than Greece's existing debt.

Anyway, Greece will want to stay out of this because it brings in uncle IMF and Greece has to give up Macedonia's veto. So if Greece can borrow at 6% (double Germany) they will and last for a couple of more years.
Bottom line: All this debt (in 2012 it will be 150% of the GDP!) will have to be paid, Greece cannot print it's money or devalue it so do the math.
