EA, Kosovo Albanians would be grated autonomy from Belgrade, i.e., they can govern themselves. That autonomy would be protected in the Serbian constitution. Is that hard to understand? Ethnic groups within a country cannot just claim independence from the country they reside in. What would the world look like then?

"...expressed my expectations that Colombia would be more restrained in the future in international organizations when it is a question of Priština requesting membership..."

I can not understand how that Serbia policy would help to re-integrate Kosovo/a into Serbia/re-instate sovereignity over Kosovo/a.
Can anyone from the Serbian panel explain it? I mean REALLY answer and NOT JUST FOR THE SAKE OF AN ANSWER. Thank you))
