EULEX who?
(Pejoni, 7 April 2010 14:43)

Well Pejoni, I have the answer plain and simple for you if you like it or not the world dont care; Your daddy !

At the end of the day we dont care if they joined the judicial system of Serbia in the past, BUT now, if they want to work as judges they MUST respect the constitution of Kosovo or else move back and work in Belgrade. Period.

We have nothing for albanian judges - if they will finish work for illegal, separatist pseudostate and will respect Constitution of Republic of Serbia.

Pristina has zero authority in the north, so why do they waste their breath making foolish demands? For the consumption of their Albanian subjects? Serbs will judge Serbs, thank you. Albanians should concentrate on their own crime and filth south of the Ibar.

The day Albanians accept that all in Kosovo
(Ron, 7 April 2010 13:27)

Even if they would - certain "major powers" won't let them do. Remember, it was G.W.B. who pushed for the (in?)dependence the strongest. His place in Hell is already reserved, just question of the time when he goes there.

can finally start rebuilding this province!
(Ron, 7 April 2010 13:27)

The place is rebuilding at very fast pace and some parts of it look quite "americanized". Same about many other places in Serbia. I am sure, there is a great deal of "drug money" being involved - but the scale is that big, it's simply impossible that ALL OF IT would be "drug money".

Since I am driving I have to watch out the other cars. The "drug money" cars are easy to spot and of course I try to avoid any contact with their drivers. I did see few during my trip but the number was pretty low.

I will be put down again by some bloggers but I have to say: the number of "drug money" cars I did see in Hungary to/from border was higher than the number of such cars I did see in HR/SRB+KiM.

If it is about cars: the driving habits in Serbia seem to change, people are REALLY afraid of MUP (we call them "bear" or "Razbojnik Rumcajs") because the penalties are astronomic. In both parts of Kosovo the "Rumcajs" is armed with pretty nasty-looking laser (or was it radar?) and they are out there in big numbers.

(radar/laser is missing from the picture, but you have to hand out the money if Rumcajs gets you with his laser)

EULEX? Don't worry, doing much better than me:

1) I am spending my own money in your Kosovo, not of EU.
2) They with THEIR "free" money spoil the prices a tourist or local would pay.
3) If I am looking at girls I have to do it in secret, otherwise my wife looks at me, too (yikes!!!). They (EULEX) are like free bird out there.

Stacking the judicial system with Pristina's puppets and cronies is not the best way to gain favor in a region of Kosovo that already is beyond their control.

This will solve itself soon and the customs are ready to go full force, EULEX has tightened them little by little.

What is "tight" about EULEX in North Kosovo I won't tell you. B92 will censor it because of 18+ content.

We did experience it in person. I also spoke with KPS officers of both ethnic backgrounds. All I can say: "18+" and no chance that the details would pass B92 censorship.

and people here keep claiming that the Albanians are deciding for themselves...

But the fact is: Kosovo IS part of Serbia. There is no such thing as a Kosovo state. The day Albanians accept that all in Kosovo can finally start rebuilding this province!

Tom Gasi as "a legal advisor to Kosovo prime minister" should tell the truth, that there's no legal basis of a Kosovo "state" or something.

Hehehe. He clearly does not want to serve if he said that.

This will solve itself soon and the customs are ready to go full force, EULEX has tightened them little by little. That area is so small that only 5-6 judges are needed: 2 Serbs, 2 Albanians and maybe 2 EULEX ones.
