What we are not told is that these State Department officials will be bringing a special box with them. It contains two bejewelled silver daggers. One is for sticking into the Kosovo Serbs and handing them over to Pristina, the other for sticking into the RS and forcing it to dissolve itself into a 'new Bosnia'.
So, what does the US have to offer that might tempt Belgrade to do their bidding? Unfortunately for the State Department, they have no record of delivering what was promised in previous agreements so their requests should be easy to decline. What might be their threats and all that they might entail be???
Without cooperation/betrayal from Belgrade, the US and EU can kiss their Bosnia and Kosovo plans goodbye. What are they up to?
