The leadership of Serbian Orthodox community in Croatia, Montenegro, etc, is in Belgrade. So what is the big deal if Bosniaks in Serbia regard themselves as a part of the broader Bosniak Muslim community. If Zagreb, for instance, decides to establish a Croatian Orthodox community, and demand that Serbs in Croatia became a part of it, it would create an uproar in Belgrade for sure.

If Serbian community in Bosnia (Croatia, or Montenegro) is headed by the religious leaders from Serbia...

What religious leaders head the Serbian communities in Bosnia, Croatia, and Montenegro? Each region's SPC has religious leadership. Regarding the representation of Serbs in those areas, could you provide some evidence to support this claim? Please save us the conspiracy theories.

You missed the point @ Yo.

Ethnic Bosniaks in Serbia can have their religious HQ wherever they want (hopefully not in mountains of Pakistan or...), but Zukorlic is not having authority and legitimacy to give any official statements in behalf of one ethnic group of Bosnia, what he actually did.

Hope it is explained now though @ bganon was more then clear enough in his post.

Yo you first have to get your facts right. To begin with you are talking about Serbs not Serbians. Second you are talking about Bosniaks, not Bosnians. Thirdly what you really mean is not Bosniaks but Muslums.

You are stating that Serbian Muslums in Serbia should be allowed to have religous leaders in other countries. Well thats pretty normal and happens in all countries.

The difference here is that this guy does not have any respect for his own country, which is sad. He would harm his country because he values his religion / ethnic group more highly than the country he is a citizen of.

This may be quite typical Balkan model, but it doesn't make it right.

Ok, let's be real. If Serbian community in Bosnia (Croatia, or Montenegro) is headed by the religious leaders from Serbia, why Bosnians from Serbia can not be headed by the religious leaders from Bosnia?
