Serbia could end up with Captain Dragan case

If Dragan Vasiljković, accused of war crimes in Croatia, were to escape to Serbia, Zagreb could hand its case over to Belgrade, Australian media are reporting.

Captain Dragan is a Hero!
He defended the Serbian people against in Croatia, and Bosnia.
He should be given a medal for his brave and heroic actions!
Good luck Kap

This is why most of the world doesn't support Serbia, because its citizens make rash comments. Captain Dragan IS guilty until proven innocent.

Wow, bganon -

Thanks for one of the first level headed posts I've read on this site in a long time. The B92 forum needs more like that. Regarding what you said, I couldn't agree more with you. Before both sides start pounding their chests about his alleged guilt/innocence, let's try and be a little more pragmatic.

Please, before everyone gets up in arms about Kosova-USA's asinine post - just ignore it. His/her poorly written posts have no merit and serve only to antagonize the Serb camp. Everyone, stop responding to the ignorant posts (from both camps) and perhaps intelligent debate and conversation will emerge.

I suspect that the Josipovic in Croatia doesn't mind Dragan being tried in Serbia. I suspect that he doesn't want that kind of hateful atmosphere any more and that only his political opponent can gain from it.

I can't say you are right or wrong in your assumption, but you can't draw a paralel with Ganic's case.

Lets not label this man a hero or a criminal for now. Rather, let him return to Serbia to receive a fair trial.

Let him clear his name for once and for all, alternatively let him serve time in prison if he committed crimes.
