Serbia must be the voice for Kosovo in forums. Why have anyone else? Serbia should do the job of representing it's province.

If not, why shouldn't Yorkshire, or California, or Andalucia, or Bordeaux or Venice (to name a few of out of many thousands) have separate representation at 'international forums'?

Yorkshire - roughly same size.
Andalusia - bigger.
California - financially more significant.
Bordeaux - prettier.
Venice - some historical justification.

Kosovo has 'problems' and for that it inflates itself? Let's have a million countries if that's the solution.

enjoy, as long as possible, because this will have an end.
of course.

Of course it will. Sooner or later Serbia will recognize the independence of Kosovo. After the terrible massacres and according to even SC 1244 resolution Serbia has no saying in Kosovo. Independence is the will of over 90% of kosovars and that is how will stay. More recognitions still to come. Only your ilusion is getting tiny.

the declaration, was not explicit...intentionally.

serbia's declaration was more of the same denials and fools no one in the region. its a feeble attempt to bow down to and appease the international community.

No one needed serbia to acknowledge that "crimes" happened.

its a piece of scrap paper where serbia continues to attempt to absolve itself of the responsibilities that lie directly on its shoulders.

my dear EA, the comedy story ( that´s the correct writing, by the way ) is actually the socalled "independence" of your tiny little "kosovah-republjik" =)

that´s what makes the world laugh, actually.

...since it makes your total dependence from the US of A so obvious... =)

enjoy, as long as possible, because this will have an end.
of course.

>>> You should "try" little bit better (of course if it would be in your intellectual domain)...
I certainly do not think that there is an any independence of thinking in anyone being paid by any Government, here including Serbian too, but it looks like to me that this particular concept is not very much clear to you: do you maybe consider that any Government as such represent independent thinking?
Sit and think...you may enlighten yourself.

What I was aiming at was that this so called "non-governmental" institutions do not have much or any of independence of their own, because of the simple fact that they are fonded or paid by somebody...and then paid very extensively. And please allow me to be sarcastic, nobody pays extensively for nothing.
Serbians do have hilarious experience with "non-govermetals".

With this orry that I had to be so explicit in explanations, but it looks like that is the only way to reach your (intellectual) individuality.

Deanserb,

"...According to Sabine Frazier from "The International Crisis Group"..."

>>> Simple and only question is...who is she and "ICG" or more prosaic...simply: who is paying her great salary for her "independent" opinion?

That's the only what I wonna now about and from her.

What exactly is the significance of this story? Did anyone elect Ms Frazier? Is the International Crisis Group a mass movement anyone can join? Since the answer to these questions is no, her opinion has no more or less value than mine.

So, for the record, Dave also says that the resolution is a positive step. Unlike Sabina Frazier, he thinks that the absence of any reference to genocide is correct, since the ICJ has already found Serbia not guilty of genocide with regard to the crime at Srebrenica so to apologise for it now would be highly inappropriate. More to the point, if you call this massacre genocide, what word does that leave us to describe the holocaust?
