And how are you any different from the person you are attacking when you constantly denounce US foreign policy while at the same time giving a pass to Serb foreign policy.
If I didin't know you were American I'd think you were a Serb as you come off as more Serb than some hardline Serbs here.
(Zoti, 5 April 2010 16:21)

Simple. Serbian foreign policy has not meddled in anyone's business in over a decade - I do NOT count Kosovo because that is Serbian land. Even counting Kosovo as a separate country, you cannot for one second claim that Serbia has gone around the world pushing a neo-liberal economic agenda and causing complete chaos in much of the global south.

Nope, not by a long shot. If and when Serbia is able to do that then we can talk, not now.

Typical response from someone without the ability or means to refute a point. We can go in circles all day Joe but the fact is that you love to attack anything to do with Serbia and praise everything to do with the US. When confronted with US policy blunders/crimes, you go change the topic. This is not off topic, this is simply a response to your usual posts. Say what you will, but it is increasingly clear to people on here that you have a double standard when it comes to US foreign policy.

I work for EADS (french part). After Lybians freed Palestinian doctor and Bulgarian nurses we have negotiated contract to provide Lybia with private mobile radio network TETRA for the whole country. Deal was signed and suddenly Americans became friends of Lybia again. They offered them the same TETRA network (Motorola) for cheaper price. They decided to proceed with American offer. When money matters Americans do not care who they are selling to. If Americans can cooperate with Lybia, why not Serbia?

No wonder y'all have that little yeller tint to ya and them ol' yeller teeth. Y'all need to come out and get yourselves some sunshine, boy!

Joe,

My comments have everything to do with the topic a hand. YOU opened the door by asserting that Serbia is so awful for their president meeting with Libyan leaders (never mind leaders of US. UK). You are always so quick to cry, whine, and scream about what Serbian or Russian leaders do, I was simply highlighting the obvious hypocrisy. The Saudi-US ties are far more a compelling reason to be outraged yet you missed the boat, again, by blindly supporting US policy.

Texas has nothing to do with this at all. You rednecks make Americans look bad. Man I hate Texas, trying to change American history to fit their stupidity. You try to remove Thomas Jefferson from textbooks because he supported the separation of church and state, one of the greatest accomplishment. Imagine the church ruling American. Thank GOD for Jefferson.

Whoa there youngin, settle down. You sound like you been nursed by Mrs. CNN, and raised on Cheda cheese. Now tell me, who been feeding you this ol' dead bull?

You read this ol' Tex all wrong, son.
This Texan never preached separation of any kind--cuz he don't believe in it.

America and Texas are one, Just like Serbia and Kosovo are one--And they are going to stay that way. Comprendi?

And AJ, you need to get your geography straight, son. There are no red necks here in Texas--we wear hats and sombreros here big enough to cover some cars that y'all drive in your neck of the woods.

Maybe you got us all mixed-up with them folks from Arkansas.

"Times and again Serbia showed that it doesn't share the common accepted democratic values of the EU" - you are wrong, Joe. Serbia shares not just European values, but values of most world democracies. But it also has an independent nature, one where it doesn't become just a stooge for the EU/US ruling elites. Why can a European nation like Serbia, not be on friendly diplomatic terms with Libya, or any other country it sees suitable? That is the hallmark of independence, and not just blindly following the so-called powerful voices in the world. The former Yugoslav republics stand a lot to learn by observing Belgrade, a country with a future and a spine.

Some of the haters of Serbian Nation just can’t stand the fact that Serbia has friends all over the world. The fact is that Serbia is showing versatility, flexibility, tolerance to any religion or color of the people or country in the world. Libya has many other friendly nations and it’s one of the most respected countries in the Arab and Moslem world. If this was the other way around Libya would be your biggest friend and most democratic country in Africa. Little friendly advise to Serb haters, jealousy and envy can be very stressful. Lookout for your own, Serbia is quite capable of doing things on her own.

(Ian, UK, 3 April 2010 11:57) - No he didn't and plenty of western leaders meet him. Why single Serbia out? That's right, it's your prejudice.

fact is: ( even though I am certainly no fan of Tadic ) it is good to have ties to many states in the world that are not only slavic, orthodox or even christian in general.

that not only keeps even the dumbest "kosovah"-supporter from boring us to death with those Serbia-is-anti-islamic nonsense-propaganda, so that they are left to write about how weak Serbias moral values allegedly are.

all in all, a quite foreseeable "argumentation", ...if the word argumentation is to be mentioned at all.

and it´s even the same ol´suspects who are writing that nonsense...

how boring.

nevertheless, Pres Gadaffi is an important supporter in the muslim-arab world. and that´s a 1:0 for Serbia, I´d say.

Don't mess with Texas!

Very good question. Times and again Serbia showed that it doesn't share the common accepted democratic values of the EU. Despite it however it will be accepted as an EU member because the final overriding consideration is the gain of the Serbian market by the big enterprises of EU.

That's why I appreciate her Little Joe. She be more like us Texans than Old Mexicans.

Them Serbs right about now know more about REAL democracy and International Law than many of our own--not to mention them EU goat herders that know nothing but fear, and appeasing mischief and intimidation--and willingly ready to break the Lords Commandments to stay safe and run and hide from their makings. Believe me son, they all be Judas pointing their fingers and "guns" at the wrong folk.
Them Serbs done what every red blooded Texan would have done from the beginning.
What followed was many errors on all sides, seemingly unexcusable errors to some, but theys wrong cuz all errors is already corrected if you jist let 'em be.
People in wars make strange twists and turns in their minds and create nothing but suffering. Blaming only one side never solves anything, brothers and sisters.

You betcha,Ian! He be horse trading big time, and he's got plenty of red white and blue and Texas written all over him, too. That's why he will make y'all a fine leader in them parts. After a while people start taking notice, and stop denying.

The more I get to knowing these Serbs, the more they keep remindin me of ol' Gary Cooper in that picture show High Noon. Why, when I first saw that picture show, I wanted to jump right through that screen and help that ol' Serb. But, I couldn't. I was sittin' too far away.
So, you see Ian, that's why I got to liking them ol' Serbs real well, cuz Texas knows and understands what's it like to be the Lone Star.

Joe, you completely dodged my point that our own government has far more and far closer dealings with totalitarian regimes in places like Saudi Arabia... what say you to that?

I find it kind of funny that you always go off on a tangent and try to make a reply about something other than the topic at hand. You come off as being just another angry person... Happy Easter all the same!

~Happy Easter~

Typical response from someone without the ability or means to refute a point. We can go in circles all day Joe but the fact is that you love to attack anything to do with Serbia and praise everything to do with the US. When confronted with US policy blunders/crimes, you go change the topic. This is not off topic, this is simply a response to your usual posts. Say what you will, but it is increasingly clear to people on here that you have a double standard when it comes to US foreign policy.

And how are you any different from the person you are attacking when you constantly denounce US foreign policy while at the same time giving a pass to Serb foreign policy.
If I didin't know you were American I'd think you were a Serb as you come off as more Serb than some hardline Serbs here.

Texas? Where is that? Is it another poor place in the middle of nowhere?
(Ian, UK, 4 April 2010 13:07)

Texas be the center of your world there, Flemingo. Looks like you be from the place in the middle of nowhere. I never saw any sunshine from where y'all come. Only fog.

No wonder y'all have that little yeller tint to ya and them ol' yeller teeth. Y'all need to come out and get yourselves some sunshine, boy!

Hey Ian--I hears you got them purty teeth like the stars-------------------They always be coming out at night.

You have a good one there Ian, and Happy Easter to you all !!!
