Patriarch Irinej in Easter message

The bishops of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) headed by Serbian Patriarch Irinej, have read the Easter message to the clergy and believers.

Actions of Love are important in the Easter Message and the Church must be seen to be doing this by restoring our much loved and respected Bishop Artemije to Head of His Diocese in Kosovo and Metohija. To restore the true brotherhood of the monks and to erase all excommunications from the Church. The Church has created a grave error by excommunicating its faithful in the diaspora.
Love can be given freely but respect must be earned.
