Brammertz on arrests of Hague fugitives

Chief Hague Prosecutor Serge Brammertz says that report on Serbia’s cooperation will be finished in the second half of May.

Just a few days or a week before the report is to be presented, Serbian police will raid Mladic's house in Belgrade. Prior to calling the media to be present, they will inform Mladic to go for a long walk so that everything looks almost real.

I wonder when they are going to arrest the "other" Hague fugitives - the ones that are no longer heads of state in various countries who can now be criminally charged for their roles in mass murder and state terrorism?

Or the people in senior positions in Pristina who seem to have been bypassed in the whole process?

I would be happy to see them all tried at The Hague alongside Mladic.

I wonder when they are going to arrest the "other" Hague fugitives - the ones that are no longer heads of state in various countries who can now be criminally charged for their roles in mass murder and state terrorism?

Or the people in senior positions in Pristina who seem to have been bypassed in the whole process?

I would be happy to see them all tried at The Hague alongside Mladic.
