Families of Srebrenica victims can't sue United Nations

Perhaps the Serbs can sue the 'mothers of Sebrinica' for allowing attacks on innocent Serb villagers prior to any attack on sebrinica proper. The Serbs should also sue the UN and the Netherlands for allowing Oric to hide behind them as he carried out genocide on the Serbs. Why is it we only ever hear the muslim side? The Serbs case for compensation is far greater in my opinion than the 'mothers of Sebrinica' At least the mainly muslim women and children were bused out of a war zone by the Serbs, unlike Oric and his ike who attacked all Serbs.

Oh were they now B92? Is this news to you now after 15 years? Or does this just coincide with the pathetic resolution at your disgusting parliament?

How about you calm down and realize that most parliaments in the Balkans are disgusting especially the one in Albanian, oh and one cannot forget the so-called KosovoUMNIK government, now that is a disgusting thought ... Good day :)

I hope that the Dutch Supreme Court and/or European Court Of Justice rules in their favour.But thank goodness that Radovan Karadzic is behind bars at the Hague's detention center and I hope that Ratko Mladic will be captured as soon as possible.

As upset as you are don't use the term vindictive Islamic terrorists,besides, I get the feeling if Serb war criminals were labelled vindictive Christian terrorists than you'd find it offensive.

Well Nadeem, it is what it is... most terrorists today are in fact Muslim, and most terrorists hold this salafist ideology which is a reflection of Islamic beliefs. Hate to be the bearer of bad news but their religion is relevant here!

You miss the point entirely. Islam has everything to do with this case of terrorism. We are not talking about all Muslims, nor are we discussing Christian terror groups.

Of course we all know that Bosnian Serb military is ultimately responsible for carrying out such senseless slaughter but so were the UN personnel in the ground for allowing it to happen in the first place. The courts have to be specific as to who is ultimately responsible to pay compensation to the victims families.

May god bring peace to the people who lost their loved ones.

Their grief has been broadcast throughout the world while the families of Serb Orthodox Christians continue to suffer in silence. So being an Orthodox Christian Serb, how can I respect these women? What makes their 'show-cased' grief more important then the grief of my own religious group? Nothing. When is the international Muslim community going to compensate Serbian Orthodox Christians for 500 years of Ottoman empiric oppression? And WW2? And Yugoslavia? (looking in your direction: Saudi Arabia and Iran) Never. Instead they call "8,000" men and boys, genocide and themselves, Turks. What about all the Serbian Orthodox Christian women and children your vindictive Muslim terrorists killed just for being Serbian Orthodox Christian? Yeah but they aren't Muslim so who cares right? And how many soldiers did they kill? The worst part is your ancestors were Serbian Orthodox Christians. Why have you people betrayed decent values for quick power plays? (nothing to do with religion. Just because you're Muslim doesn't mean you have to hate Christians, especially Orthodox Christians. You have no reason to.)
