Albanians have double standards. They say: majority of Kosovo wants independence.
But the majority of Serbia including Kosovo does not want independence. So there you go!

Please accept the majority of the state you live in: SERBIA!

There are two very separate issues: the member states and their individual stance on Kosovo; and the EU as a body.

The EU is there as the latter, under a agreed role with the UN. It's irrelevant what individual state members think unless their view is endorsed by the EU as a body.

In which case it would go against Resolution 1244, cease to be status neutral and, I would imagine, have the acceptance of its presence revoked by Serbia for going against the initial agreement.

I'm sorry to break it to you Serbs but that is the dumbest logic I've ever heard. Since 5 of the 27 haven't recognized he says, so 5 of the 27 EU members should dictate foreign policy? Since EU is a union, nowhere is it stated that all members must agree on every little issue. Do you think in America all 50 states ever agree on a single issue?

Sir I recommend you don't try to tell EU how to run its affairs.

=====================

Sorry to disappoint you but it is stated that all of the EU countries must agree on this one or there is no positive for K-Albanians.
If you are right, how come EU cannot recognise Kosovo?

Please don't compare states in America to EU. Those are states within a country, where the union in EU is made up of sovereign countries. Do you see the difference?
BTW, this is not a little thing to agree on. This is huge and they all have to say YES or no deal.

NO, it's because they need a unanemous decision and they can't have it.

Since you are a champion of majority rules, why don't you apply the same principle to the world? 2/3 of the world don't agree with you and that is also a majority, but it seems that in this case it doean't matter. You would have the minority tell the majority what to do.
65 countries are hardly a majority aren't they?

You are so funny that I cannot stop laughing!!! You are dreaming maybe... 1. at the moment kosovo is everything but a democratic state; 2. at the moment kosovo is only a region under the control of NATO soldiers; 3. kosovo is respecting only its own business and not the human rights (remember the case of the "yellow house"? Maybe for you it's more useful to forget it...); 4. last but not the least... What kind of value can have the constitution of an unexisting country??? NONE!!!

“Honestly, we must take a lot more risk, in the sense of traveling to Kosovo, to even let them arrest us, take us into custody or abuse us – simply, we must show that we treat that territory as a part of our own, not only by the Constitution, but in practice."

I agree. Show everyone that Kosova is not really a state as long as Tadic can come here and provoke us and the Serb institutions inside Kosova operate freely with EU's blessing.

RKS: "Sir I recommend you don't try to tell EU how to run its affairs."

The EU is there officially under the umbrella of the UN. They have stated that they will remain status neutral, which is why Serbia agreed to EULEX deploying on its territory.

This is not a point of view, but how things actually are officially. But no harm to reiterate the status neutrality, as we all know there are several countries who would love to do a 'Feith' and be completely pro-independence for their own political ends.

Ivanović said that since five of the 27 EU member-states do not recognize Kosovo Albanian unilaterally declared independence, and have no intention of doing so, "the EU must remain neutral in Kosovo".

"It is easily achievable if half the ministry or even 60 percent moves into the two offices in Kosovska Mitrovica and Gračanica and several other local offices which exist all around Kosovo. We are very much needed down there,” Ivanović said.

Whole of Kosova/o does not eveolve only in northen Mitro and Gracanica. For a moment i thought Sebia said that whole Kosova/o was the craddle of Serbia, and if so why the capital is Belgrade and not Pristina?

I wonder who grabbed Oli's ear for him to say that EU is a friend and they are welcome to open an office in north!

Renounce yourself from the Mickey Mouse ministry in your la-la land, so that you can register with some of your people an KOsovo NGO and move freely. We are a democratic state respecting human rights and democracy so your NGO movement may help alot K-serbs to accelrate further integration within the Kosovo institutions.

However, anything else that is breaching Kosovo Constitution will be severly punished.

Rest assure of this. I am sure you know this, but you tend to test waters...

I think your days are numbered, and this is why you are beginnig to bark, because I thought for a while this guy probably is on long holiday, as he had nothing to do....
