Dear "k-alb friends" remember that also the recognitions can be deleted by the country which did it.
So do not be so sure you are indipendent for 2 reasons: 1. at the moment YOU ARE NOT indipendent but kosovo result to be still a region of Serbia; 2. It can happen also that after being recognized by all the countries in the world, your country could implode at least for economic reasons (but also for political, justice, commercial, industrial and criminal reasons)... And then... Will you ask to be back to Serbian territory?
Believe me EU won't carry to itself all your public debt and all your economic and political problems.
WE WANT YOU OUT (or better, we never want you to get in!!!)

Kosovo is a serbian province under res 1244. There is no way it can join the eu without being a un member. And those of you that say only 5 countries can't block Kosovo from joining the eu than how can only one country, holland, block Serbia from unfreezing the SAA.

Unfortunately EA, it's not funny as that small minority has enough power to prevent any further EU action in favor of Kosovo. Tadic has a very practical stance; he supports the Kosovo Albanians' rights to participate in various international conferences but only if they respect prior international agreements. That's a pretty good stance when only a third of the world's nations recognize Kosovo Albanians' UDI.

Rumpy is over paid and probably not worth the money. The idea of a non-elected 'president' tells us where the EU is going.

While building relationships with the EU Serbia should also address each country within it separately. The EU is an agglomeration not a country.

Still, it pays to make friends and tell them that you will not tolerate your land being stolen.

At the end of the day, the friends who count are the ones that take your side.

We recognize that there are countries within the EU that have recognize independence and there are countries that have not, and will never recognize Kosovo’s independence,” Tadić said.

Mr. Tadic,

It is one thing to say that Serbia will never recognize Kosova, but when you take it upon yourself to speak for the few EU Member states that have not yet recognized this new state, then you diminish your credibility and that of Serbia. Speaking as president of your country requires you to choose your words carefully.

No, no, no. There are 22 countries in EU that recognize Kosovo, and only 5 that do not.

Honestly, I don't know why he brought up EU then say "we never will recognize" .... since when is the EU going to be asking you for anything?

When the time comes for accession, you will be forced to recognize, whether you like it or not.

Tadic is wasting his visits when he starts talking about "southern Serbian province of Kosovo". It makes him look foolish in front of his EU interlocutors. Furthermore trying "to enlighten" the EU president that EU is not united when it comes to Kosovo/a issue. He thinks that the will of a small minority in EU dominate the will of overwhelming majority. Funny!
