I knows it Johnny. Some dumb folks do the darnest things. I knew this ol' gal from Amarilla that tried smoking one of my next door neighbors chickens, poor thing coughed feathers all dang night. This here is the same gal that had this cigarette smuggler boyfriend that we use to drive krazy all the time. We used to hide his unemployment check and sometimes his car keys under his work shoes.
That ol'boy be going round in circles all morning, muttering some words that sounded something like: peaches, and material and klutchies and things.
It's better not to smoke a skunk, pretty smelly business.
We did see few around the house. Unlike ferrets they aren't good pets, better steer clear out of the way of little stinker.
Otherwise they are welcome. Our main enemy was the California brush mouse

But no idea what the "skunk" in "Amsterdamian" sense does mean, some other stupidity like "shroom" or "grass" probably. If I need "drugs" we do have wine, beer and of course Лозовача made by nuns in Грачаница.
