As usual, the US/EU demand that Serbs accept complete guilt for the war in the Balkans and think that a resolution “that now does not hold Serbs legally liable” will help the west in getting the message to the Serbian people to “bow their heads in shame”. Hasn’t the west sunk to a new low – initially it was full responsibility now it’s a “half baked version” so they could tick that off their list.
Well boys and girls here is some news for you. Unless there is bipartisan agreement that so called resolution is not worth the ink used to write the words on that paper.
Many thanks must go to the US for its excellent work in completely undermining confidence in the International Court where the vast majority of people on this planet no longer believe in its impartiality. Yes, I know that it was never really impartial, but like justice it had to “appear to deliver impartiality”.

The current Serbian government is trying to rush this through to receive another bonus plus medal from…. Germany/France/UK/ or whoever… for promoting freedom and democracy in Serbia and accepting responsibility.
Very early in Tadic’s presidency I recall him apologizing to the Croats and Bosniaks for the war but that was not worth wasting his breath because there was no bipartisan agreement – Tadic was just flapping his gums.
Even more damaging to this “resolution” is the fact that 80% of Serbs do not accept the statement.

Ms. Kolundžija, there is at least one misjudgment in your "argumentation" among very few others.

As per yours that "International Court of Justice regarding Bosnia-Herzegovina’s genocide lawsuit...are not debated or questioned in any way"...it will not corespondent with the truth as per fact that total majority of Serbian population with 80% in the percentage numbers does not believe in impartially of that court and its ruling.
As per such that quasi and imposed "resolution" does not advocate the opinion of the population you are all, in that Parliament building, about to represent.
As per such as well, be sure to be back to your delegated duty, namely to represent the voice of the electorat which have given you the mandate, and not the wishes of some foreign political agendas.
