German Chancellor Angela Merkel's office reportedly knew that civilians were killed in a German-ordered airstrike in Afghanistan just hours after the bombing.

The BND e-mail explained the high number of civilian casualties by saying that Afghan citizens had taken the "opportunity" to siphon off fuel for their own use. Unbelievable do not touch the wests oil or you will get fried. It dose not matter to the west 100 or 1,000,000 souls. That directive is implemented ruthlessly either it goes in to their gas tanks. If not the west will put out fires and people with the gasoline.
