Telekom Srbija is worth between EUR 3 and 3,5bn, according to assessments of one of the world’s leading consultant firms, daily Politika writes; Telekom denies.
It's becoming clear our government wants to avoid the bidding process and win support vis-a-vis the EU from Germany by selling to Deutsche Telekom.
I say "Nein."
The govenrment plans to sell this share for 2 bln or less. Clearly below market value. Especially given that by 2012 it will payback loans used to buy assets in RS and Montenegro (this loan repayment will increase profitability of the company and the value significantly)
