If the suspect is found guilty of attempted abduction the judge ought to impose a lengthy prison sentence. Thank goodness that the suspect has at least been arrested.

Don't worry, any sentence is good.. The crime character will not help at all (thanks God) when he find himself between other prisoners.. It's not the same to be 5 year King of the prison or 5 year slave to anyone what is almost the bottom line.

I think he'll get 5 years- two years higher than lowest three.. "Bad" is that he didn't impose any physical pressure and the "bad" is that he escaped, also (no physical resistance). If he have done any of those- he would have to be more than half of the maximum 15 (8+ years) especially around this media "shock" case.

Anyway we are happy he's "in" with a worst possible regards.

The guards and the rest of the prisoners will act as "normal" and usual.

His re-socialization will be feedback-free.

Absolutely not sure - he may walk free pretty soon after receiving a minor slap on the wrist.

That would be the case if he would be a "Jovan Jovanovic" or somewhat like that.
If you look at his name you will have a different opinion.

My prediction: this Summer he will enjoy the sunshine on the grass close to the Horgos border, smoking his pipe and bossing his wife/wives(?) who will harass the cars in the queue begging for money.

See you in the summer Ataman.., and next, and next.. This guy will be on the court in April- May and he'll get between 3 and 5 years- I'd like 5. You'll almost forget about all when the indictment will be brought by summer and if not as I say I'll offer you a GREAT LUNCH!!
