Mikael C maybe you should have read the original article in blic in which the above is a direct quote. EU has its own agenda for North Kosovo separate from which according to your source is united by all 27 countries in the EU and "overlaps" with Feith's plan.
Just because it is not an EU document does not mean the goals are not the same.

ACTUALLY the Italians do NOT love you. During their NATo campaign, the biggest protest in the WORLD (besides Serbia) against the NATO bombing was held in ROME. Thats right ROME, the Italian people were extremely against what their governement was doing. So get your facts straight, and stop trying to lean on others for help help help ... I thought you guys are soo confident in your stance.... :)

You are not quoting Mr Giffoni, but the ICT magazine and its notion of Federal Kosovo. There is no such thing nor such term. You are implying that he said so just as B92.
Now I have to say that more important is: Giffoni said that "Kosovo has a European perspective" and that Serbia "cannot cause problems by stressing the problems regarding the status of one part of the territory" just as PRN quoted him.
Can someone show me where did Mr Giffoni say this sentence? I read and re-read the article not to find even remote implication to the headline.

These EU officials come out every day with statements and if you line them up they are even more contradictory than the Bible. It’s a case of “say something so that the world knows you’re here.
What was a 45 minute meeting at Brdo? What was decided and what deals were done? NOTHING!
You seem to be convinced that this meeting was important; it not if Serbia is not there.
It now going on 11 years of Kosovo “independence” and how much have Albanians moved forward – not one inch.
What isolation are you talking about? The EU has just today announced another 70 million Euros to keep paying the current Serbian government. They can’t let go otherwise the whole thing unravels and I would not bank on NATO helping this time either they are busy unraveling in Afghanistan and there is another power in the region that has an interest.

As Jelko Kacin said the other day, as the things stand Kosovo will be enetering the EU before Serbia.
Things are settling in the Balkans. Having Serbia isolated and kept under control will be conducive to peace and prosperity in the entire region.
The confernece of Brdo confirmed that Balkan leaders are at ease when Serbia is absent, because the agreements (for the future of the Balkans) take little time to reache/materialize. Brdo is another prove that the conference finished slightly earlier because there was a will and determiniation to work honestly and not selfishly.
Serbia's absence is not t he first nor the last...ISOLATION is going to be the norm for Belgarde for decades to come.
Believe me albanian "friend", I am Italian, I am in the EU yet and I hope that kosovo never join the European Union just not to breath the same air than u. Like me the 99.99% of the Italians WANT YOU (k-alb) OUT!!!
