The comments from the albanian posters here realy shows their obsessions. Joining the EU is about how much money you can get out of it. I.e. another subsidy, just like all the free money Tito gave (well, it was from the IMF) to Kosovo.

Not about improving the basic standards and rights of the people, jobs, education, mobility, support for the disadvantaged. Nope, just the free money.

With regards to the 70 million, this is peanuts.

Serbia will recieve between 2007 and 2010 771 million euros from Brussels in non-returnable pre-accession funds*, not to mention other money for projects that has already been received. Has Serbia recognized Kosovo in the meantime? No. Ignorance is bliss n'est pas?

Look at Slovenia it got 1 billion euros in state social assistance welfare from the EU so far this year. Now imagine Boris how much Serbia could get from the EU at least 5-6 billion a year. Boris and the other governing Serb politicians must be salivating at that prospect. Time is wasting of coarse their is many very unpalatable things you must have to swallow to show your loyalty to the new world orders. Never mind reading the fine print you will be in the money but whos money that is a good question. Dose it work they take money from Serbia with one hand and skim some off the top and give it back. Some with the other hand a slight of hand magic trick.

It is the exact figure to cover Jero travel expenses to rag-tag countries. Why are we funding him is beyond me.

Keep the cash coming! By 3024 you will have payed for the damages inflicted on our country during the illegal bombardment and theft of Serbian land. Serbia should also sue the EU and America for giving our holy land to druglords and human traffickers who are raping and destroying our land.

You talk about reality. What about the reality for "Kosova"? The reality is to be left out of both the EU and UN indefinitely.

As for awful dreams, it must surely be a nightmare for quite many "Kosovans" to realize that supervised independence in reality means subjugation to the dictates of EU and Nato. The reality is that you are destined to be supervised forever -- don't forget that no deadline was ever specified by Ahtisaari -- do you think he REALLY forgot? Yep. There's a price to be paid like you said. And "Kosova" is paying an exhorbitant price for it right now even though it might have not have occured to you.

How nice it to ge money and assistence from the EU.

Serbian politicians want ONLY money from the EU not meddling in regional politics.

Serbs too would like, not only Kosovo but the entire Balkans, BUT without people so that they can populate it.
