It's "one way ticket", Luca - but in a PARTICULAR accent so many people here are familiar with (Romany, not to be confused with Romanian).

If you see a very poor community somewhere in this area with a lot of trash and poor hygienic conditions it is with good 90% probability a Romany community. There is a love-hate relationship between the "aboriginals" and Romany. Sometimes things can turn tragic, sometimes straight comical.
