Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor gave her Montenegrin counterpart Milo Đukanović a Croatian translation of European laws.

find it a great sign of friendship and Croatia is leading with such friendly acts among former Yougoslave republics. Some others should follow the Croatian example with friendly gestures. It doesn't have to be a costly one. In most cases the intention what it counts.

But how could Milo read the laws if it wasn't translated into Crnogorski?? Don't tell me he's multilingual now!!

If there's Croatian cigarette smuggling link in Montenegro than he's possibly speaking fluent Croatian and I'm automatically- wrong.
On the other side (if not) translation of this huge and complex translation in Montenegrin would cost around 10 to 12 million* euros and that's about 8 months of "general" Montenegrin smuggling profit.
*lower the language influence- higher price
However I'm damn sure that this will NEVER but NEVER be fully translated in Montenegrin language, especially now.

Anybody that lived in the former Yugoslavia must be bent over a toilet bowl now, getting rid of their lunch. These acts of friendship now, between former federations of the SSRJ, to suck up to the EU, are nauseating. Besides, Dukanovic only reads Montenegren, not Croatian.

When the time comes and receive Serbian translation- he will understand his mistakes.

Though shall not smuggle Tobacco related products unless profits are shared equally amongst the EU bloc and as such full support and immunity will be granted.
