The US has overextended itself militarily worldwide and, with an economy still in the doldrums and its debts continuing to pile up with no end in sight, the Yankees are now desperately looking to cut costs anyway they can.

The US and Russia should reduce their warheads down to 1000 each.China should increase their warheads to this number and you will have equilibrium in the nuclear field for the next 100 years.
