Serbia has proved how it cares for it's minorities by killing and raping ( remember the Slobo regime ). How can anybody say that roma are a minority. They haven't even got Croatian citizenship, nobody wants them, nobody needs them, they are a welfare nightmare for any country in the Balkans.
