North of Kosovo/a should be integrated to the rest of Kosovo/a asap.
If Europe is prepared to change the borders in Balcans, I do not think Albanians will have any objection to it. So please stop this nonsense of questioning the integration of northern Kosovo/a. Swift and robust economical and institutional integration. End of story!

Kosovo should be reintegrated to the rest of Republic of Serbia. If Europe is prepared to change the borders in Europe - I do not think many europeans will have any objection to it. So please stop this nonsense of pseudoindependent Kosovo. Swift and robust economical and institutional integration with Serbia. End of story!

How are they going to “Swift and robust economical and institutional integration. End of story”? This requires money and lots of it for that matter.
The Albanians talk as if Kosovo has an abundance of funds and it’s so prosperous that people are breaking down the doors to get in.
I’m not sure if we are talking of the same place, but the Kosovo that I know is a poverty stricken region where most able bodied people wish to leave for the EU.
Or perhaps you’re talking about using force; forget that one. The US/EU doesn’t want another quagmire on their hands and they certainly don’t want to come to the Albanians rescue this time if they started a fight.

Well it’s now going on 12 years since your so called liberation, but like the Croats the Albanians need the US to help them out otherwise mummies little boys might get hurt.
Look at Croatia today - bankrupt. Their news service “Dnevnik” only yesterday stated that Croatia is on the same level as Greece. But the beautiful thing about Croatia is that we have not finished with them yet – the rest will come with negotiations.
Now back to you. Enjoy a 15 year of caged “independence” – talk to you in 2014 to see if anything has changed.

Why should they?

What's your next step?

"Local Government Minister Sadri Ferati said that 'everything is ready for forming the new Serbian municipality of Parteš near Gnjilane, while the formation of the Northern Mitrovica municipality will depend on progress on the ground'".

-- Well that's rather nice of the Albanians to carve out more territory for Belgrade to eventually control. Maybe if left alone they can elect their own representatives to the Serbian Assembly in Mitrovica? Anything is possible in this flourishing democracy!

"By forcing this municipality upon the citizens, are they demonstrating European democracy ? Or European colonialism?" (trudsaam)

-- I believe "Albanian fascism" is the operative term.

Just like the Obama administration's "Cornhusker" closed-door deal was made to push his agenda, so was a "Cornhole" closed-door deal made between the West and the K Albanians - only problem is, that the K Serbs are vetoing the deal. Now that, is democracy in action.
