"A bus carrying Serbian citizens of Albanian ethnicity, five families with 19 members, who had been deported to Serbia by the Belgium authorities, arrived to Preševo yesterday, while the second bus, carrying 25 passengers who also did not receive asylum, went to Macedonia. "

Now I wonder why they don't apply for asylum in Albania or "Kosova" .......

This is correct, the more is the abuse - the more difficult is for the rest. Practically there is ZERO chance to get Asyl for anyone who lives on European continent.

All what will happen is that EU bureaucrats will make more hurdles for ones who still need visa and more pain in the rear for ones who does not.

Much better ideas:

1) Look at legal job opportunities. They do exist, but who wants has to look hard. Or use the new biometric passport to legal travel and try to get contacts necessary for future legal work. This is not prohibited at all.

2) USA has "green card" lottery. Chances to get American immigration visa are much higher than to get Asyl in EU.

It is very naive to think that by using a biometric passport and free movement agreement, someone will be considered for asylum. It is just not right to undermine the will of more people to be able to genuinely visit their relatives in the EU. I think there is a big manupilation going on and it is right for some EU countries to return those applying for asylum under the above circumstances. I hope that will be a good lessons for those Albanians who think will use liberalisation visa process to claim asylum. I hope that the lessons from Serbia and Macedonia will be learned in Albania.
