Ataman,
he must be at least 1/10 Slavic.
Why else would a

8/10 Mongrel, 1/10 Catholic & 1/2 Slavic

from the USA be posting on a Serbian news site.

Whew, very confusing!

This reminds me of Abbot and Costello's

Hey Ataman,

What is your opinion on the hard right in Israel by increasing the settlements in East Jerusalem and blocking Palestian statehood ??? What about the human rights abuses by Israeli's on Palestians ???

If you have such problems with Hungary and Hungarians why do you continue to live there ??? When you walk around Budapest you never mention the things that you ocmment on these blogs, why do you have 2 different personalites ???

Which one is really better: the "half-Gypsy, half-Jew" or "half-Buddhist, half-Mexican" I can't decide, probably Józsi should toss a coin, I readily agree on whatever works out better for him.
(Half-Buddhist, half-Mexican, 13 March 2010 07:50)

Could toss that coin indeed but the only snag is that we cannot find him now.

(Another Canadian Serb, 12 March 2010 20:52)

No, that's me. I am trying to help out this unlucky soul to find a proper curse. We already went through "Serb", "Russian" "half-Hungarian", "non-American" and such already. At this moment he settled on "half-Jew half-Russian" and that's a good curse. But still not perfect.

I think, the idea of Hungarians being called "Mongols" proposed a while ago by some known EU/NATO fanboy is not to bad, but somewhat needs to be added for perfection. We will settle probably on "half-Gypsy, half-Jew" formula for me and I am perfectly fine being called like that. An other option is just the above formula, "half-Buddhist, half-Mexican". It's awesome. I tried "half-Mongol, half-Ashkenazim" few times but I gave up because it does sound way to boring.

Which one is really better: the "half-Gypsy, half-Jew" or "half-Buddhist, half-Mexican" I can't decide, probably Józsi should toss a coin, I readily agree on whatever works out better for him.

Ataman,

Hard to destroy a country, which is already in such a bad shape like many other European countries. But this is not the point. What you are actually doing for years in a nasty way
is badmouthing Hungary and Hungarians. Most descent Hungarian Jews I know don't do it but as I see there are always few exceptions.

Ataman,
thanks for the great laughs this week, but this one is the best.

I didn't know that he was
Half Catholic and Half Mongolian, but it is all nice and clear to me now.

But, what if you are wrong and he is actually,

I guess that's why he ran to the USA.

Now you can add some American to that mixture.

As a half-Jew and half-Russian and constantly virulently anti-Hungarian why do you hide under an other name?
(Joe, 12 March 2010 19:16)

Joe,

I have no idea who gave you the two negatives, but the positive is from me (seriously). That was a good one.

Otherwise yes, I have to admit one thing - but please keep it secret. The disasterous snow storm is the result of me successfully conspiring with Elders of Sion to destroy Hungary. And Medvedyev paid us.

Actually the "Kiegyezés" or Compromise with Austria happened in 1867. There was an other compromise between Hungarians and Croatians in 1868 (hrvatsko-ugarska nagodba).
As for writing under "Gurul a Turul" (= Ataman) what happened? As a half-Jew and half-Russian and constantly virulently anti-Hungarian why do you hide under an other name?

1848 it was only one thing: Hapsburg empire.

It is not difficult for a falcon to fly over a border.(Sólyom means falcon in english).
(szemi, 12 March 2010 11:42)

Yes, that falcon is not a blessing. He was elected as a sort of "compromise" - thanks to your beloved SZDSZ. He is a pretty difficult to deal with and frequently oversteps his authority. I wonder, wasn't this again the case?

He often travels without arrangement and without consulting with his potential hosts. I am not a big fan of Timoshenko and Yuschenko - but last time Sólyom did show Ukraine a middle finger over "Great Hungary".

Now he will try to be more Catholic than Pope - he fears, after the certain victory of Viktorka he could be axed. No wonder, Mr. Falcon tries to be a bigger bird than Turul.

Who does not know: the symbolic "Turul" also known in Turkic languages as "Togrul" is a large pelegrine falcon, the symbol of pan-Turkic or pan-Hugarian dominance over the Milky Way. Several "Turul" statues were elected in Hungary - among them the largest bird statue in the world, close to Tatabánya:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turul

You know, I got an idea, just not sure, everyone will appreciate it.

"Turul" is nothing more or less, than the "Крагуй" bird of medieval Russian. Interestingly (NOT!!!) in most southern Slavic languages it's still the same.

I propose: let's make Mr. Sólyom really happy.... and let's rename in his honor that long "Tatabánya" where the Turul is into much simpler city name. How about "Српски Крагуjевац"? I mean, there is already one "Крагуjевац " in the south, we need to differentiate somehow.

Besides it seems for me to be a good upgrade - as much as I look, I see that this bird

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/34/Serbia_stub.svg

has two heads, why not upgrade that "Turul" thing than?

I am rather optimistic. You know... even if views of some are a bit narrow at begin,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Agz28l9uJ7w

at the end they have better overview of the situation.

Apropos, ёжи, 1848 and March 15.

It's really worth to read the different versions how Ban Josip Jelacic being judged on the Wiki versus what we did learn in the school. But some people have more practical approach. Once I changed Ft into Kn and I asked the lady in the bank, how she feels touching the nose of the "hated Jellasics". She looked at the Croatian Ban, looked again and told me:

"OK, fine, just bring me a truckload full of this "Jellasics" - and I am even ready to give up my citizensip". People in the line begun to laugh and told "me too, please". Except one young girl who looked at the scene and asked: "who was that Jellasics? We did not learn in the school about him" That wasn't funny anymore - everyone was upset. Looks like the education went into nosedive.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turul

You know... even if views of some are a bit narrow at begin,

at the end they have better overview of the situation.

Ataman,
thanks for the great laughs this week, but this one is the best.

I didn't know that he was
Half Catholic and Half Mongolian, but it is all nice and clear to me now.

But, what if you are wrong and he is actually,

1/2 Mongolian, 1/4 Catholic and 1/4 Slavic, but he really doesn't know it.

I guess that's why he ran to the USA.

Now you can add some American to that mixture.

Thanks for the hedgehog link.Graet video.Do you happen to know that actually those rolls in USA have slightly smaller diameter. At least some comments reflect this fact.

Gruaß Gott, Szemi!

I kon net richtig Boarisch sprech'n, weiter geht's in Englisch, gell?

What you say could be even worse. The rolls in some parts of NY State are of conal shape: you put it on your eyes and soon you won't see any light at all.

Could toss that coin indeed but the only snag is that we cannot find him now.

Ataman,
he must be at least 1/10 Slavic.
Why else would a

8/10 Mongrel, 1/10 Catholic & 1/2 Slavic

from the USA be posting on a Serbian news site.

Whew, very confusing!
