The only benefit NATO did bring to Hungary is that who downed that F-117 was an ethnic Hungarian and now he is a celebrity all over both countries.

Otherwise NATO did bring only corruption and scandals with the airplanes and more money to the good old Warsaw-Pact comrades who magically turned 180 degrees and got few Forints under the table for new contracts.

That's where Serbia should look for help and military cooperation!

Bosnia can't join, the Serbs there won't let it. Hardly anyone in Montenegro wants to join, so it depends whether their Mafia dictator Djukanovic can push it through. FYROM will join only if they solve their dispute with Greece, and they're not making much progress.
