You forgot to mention the other quote from Rob Harris -

“Let me emphasise that the arrest itself is not the result of political manipulation in Britain...”.

Look, the point you make, that an old lady with dementia is able to influence courts in the UK is simply preposterous. The most important point is that the UK responded positively to a request by Serbia. I could understand your paranoia if the UR refused Serbias request (as other counties have!). But the UK acted as Serbia requested. Is this not an indication of cordial relations?

Or will you continue to see threats and enemies, despite the evidence to the contrary.

dean SRB - You're doing it again, mate, sounding like the dafter members of Team Albania. Thatcher is not lobbying for anything - she's senile and doesn't remember her own name. She was out of power before the Bosnian war started and (despite the fact I loathe the woman) I have to say she was never notably anti-Serb. One of her most trusted personal advisors, Sir Alfred Sherman (look him up), was a leading light in the British pro-Serb lobby throughout the 1990s.

Ashdown's another matter but, as has been pointed out below, has never been a minister of any description. Ceda Jovanovic has had a more illustrious political career than Ashdown, enough said.

"...so why do you think these two have any influence now in 2010?

(GRUK, 10 March 2010 18:58)..."

>>> Explicit answer is needed here: because it was stated just this days in the World News (meaning non-Serbian) that Ganić is personal friend of Thatcher and Ashdown and that they are lobbying his release with 10, Downing Street.

Dean SRB – Thatcher hasn’t been Prime Minister of UK since 1990 and Ashdown wasn’t ever a minster, so why do you think these two have any influence now in 2010? Bring yourself into the 21st century and stop with the automatic gripes about so called enemies of yesterday. Remember, Ganić has been arrested by UK authorities, not Serb. Indeed, he was allowed to walk away from Serbia and Montenegro and thus away from Justice! You really are not surrounded by enemies!!!

great step for our cause and just a bit of satisfaction for the parents who lost their sons, while serving regular draft, due to insane Bosnian Muslim actions conducted by Ganić.

Not only for the Serbian cause, but for all the people like me who are tired to be fooled by politicians' lies and are eager to uncover the truth of this bloody war !

Don't think it will be easy to get him against "baroness" Thatcher and "lord" Ashdown political lobbying with British Government, but if we get our hands on him it will be one great step for our cause and just a bit of satisfaction for the parents who lost their sons, while serving regular draft, due to insane Bosnian Muslim actions conducted by Ganić.
