Now there you have it my friends. There is no point having this conference if Serbia does not attend, so it will be cancelled instead. Priština insisting on the impossible is holding the whole region back. Slovenia and Croatia will soon have to choose who is more important, the criminal entity of "Kosova" or Serbia.

The next conference is being organised by Spain as part of the EU and held in BiH. I think it's fairly obvious where "Kosova" will stand there. This conference will be very successful even if "Kosova" decides not to attend. Either come as UNMIK-Kosovo or don't bother.

Time for status negotiations I think otherwise Priština will continue to hold the region back.

They have bitten off more than they can chew let's hope it doesn't choke them. They have been slapped down by EU members such as Spain. This was an attempt at exploring different options to manipulate Serbia. They are seeing how far they can push Serbia on behalf of others. They have just shown how irrelevant they are.

Serbia should not let Kosovo to be represented as a state in the gathering otherwise it will be a slap in the face again to the Serbian people and state. The conference will be a failure without Serbia's presence.

Serbia must act consistently and principally.
Concerning this so called "conference" there are 2 issues we are not to negotiate about: first that Kosovo can be represented only and only via Umnik and second of all that any of our State Officials cannot get involved in diplomatic contacts (God forbid, shaking hands) with the figures which are on the crime suspect list in Serbia and in this case I am thinking about Thaci.

As well, any future and this particular initiatives by Slovenia and Croatia are to be dismissed.Their idea is again nothing more then their political self-promotion and chance to regain Serbian and...markets under their conditions and environment they prefer. Sorry, it will not happen, never ever.
Just few months ago Croatia eloquently lied for Kosovo at the ICJ and now we are to see them as peaceful coordinators? Joke!
The regional conferences are to be held respecting our conditions or there will be none.
In that context the one which is fore-coming and will be organized by EU and Spain may attract our interest if our conditions are met.

Well said. There is no 'good will' coming from Slovenia or Croatia. We have seen their 'good will' when they recognized a fake, illegal, and immoral state on sovereign Serbian soil.

The conference will be held without the participation of Serbia. No doubt about that because Serbia is not s important as many seem to think. Wrong again, this shows exactly the illegal behaviour being played by your representatives in Kosovo, Serbia. Good day :)

How embarassing it must be to not only have the UNSC strip you of all control over Kosovo but to have officials insist that Kosovo sits behind a sign that says the UN stripped Serbia of all control and cannot be trusted to return.

Serbia is still the power house, even with the West pinning all against them. In the end we all know that your neighbors can either get along or move. Serbia is not moving.

This two "regional conferences", Slovenia-Croatian and EU, are very sly and perfidy planned attempt to destruct present perfect momentum and success we are having in dealing with Kosovo issue diplomatically.

Our only concern and aim, at the moment, is to wait for possibly positive decision by ICJ ruling and to force few reversals of "recognitions" by some countries who suggested that option. And then the "Kosovo black hole state" dream is over.

With this 2 quasi conferences West is trying to destruct this course of the action from our side, minimalize ICJ importance and move to the "next stage" having Kosovo on regional and...conferences, the move we should block without mercy.

So simple message : no contacts with Kosovo Albanian authorities at this stage are productive for us apart informal moves with no real and no aimed goals apart of the once which may improving our formal diplomatic stand out.

Maybe because much of the Western democratic countries' collective policies over the centuries have raped the global south of its resources and helped cause it to be in the sad state of affiars it is in today. According to its own sources, Serbia is loosing every year population the size of small city.Brain drain that exploded during Milosevic era still continues.
On the other hand Albanians are fast moving forward.With new Adriatic hi way dynamic young population and huge reserves of resources thing are looking brighter than ever before.With Independence recognized by countries that lead the world, many companies are planning projects in Kosovo and Albanian. Excellent relation with countries in the region also is a plus.Clear European integration goal without hesitation has always been the main agenda.

Isn't it a bit cheeky of Serbia to imply that the conference in Slovenia may not be held? I didn't realize that the guest decides whether a party is to take place. What's more, in this case the particular guest even decides who is on the guest list. No wonder, this guest has problems facing reality!
