The rest.., by my opinion- we need them if they're ready to fulfill their obligations one or another way. Otherwise not. Serbs ready to expatriate themselves are not Serbs any more. If they can awake in the morning with a Belgium Passport and live like that.., LET THEM LIVE LIKE THAT!

Don't agree. Military service should not be compulsory, especially in peace time.
Those who do not wish to serve in the military should not have to and they can still be useful to Serbia in other ways.
Yes, amnesty should be given and Serbia should entice these people to come back. Just because someone doesn't want to be a soldier doesn't mean he or she doesn't love their country and won't contribute.

Those who have served can be proud of what they did as I'm sure they found something useful to them there. They gained some knowledge even about themselves and can look at it in a positive way instead of thinking they were ripped off because they had to serve.

Those who have made a home for themselves overseas sooner or later will contribute to Serbia one way or another anyway.

Let's not argue, proclaim amnesty and abolish conscription.

SERBIAN GOVERNMENT IS ABOLISHING SERB CITIZENS READY FOR EXPATRIATION!

OK, what about those they fulfilled their obligation?

What do they have of that? (except of moral satisfaction)

What about motivation to serve if there's amnesty every 5 years?

To prevent a "drain of Serbian citizens"? Do they feel they're Serb citizens? Do we need such a citizens? Do those Serbs, actually, feel that their country should exist?

We should keep the charges- FOREVER. WE should give them opportunity to "buy" their sentences if they want to come back. It should be payable by money or private property of theirs- to the Army. If they are not willing to positively react on none of opportunities the charge should be confiscated from their property and the return conditioned by the next charge.

They would mostly pay long term charges in interest of keeping property, probably.

Drain? Some things is better to drain. I am not afraid much of the people but of THOSE I am.

Would we loose our people then? NO! Because we should, anyway, on the other side have special tax free support and other plans for the Serbs they're willing to invest in businesses back home. Also Serbia should use huge potential of Serb citizens public relations outside country and give them opportunity to even earn advertising and selling products from Serbia and Serb tourism, by percentage. This is the way of even keeping constant and healthy relations with our populations outside, positive for unemployment, local production and tourism.
