Imperialism by any other name would still smell as foul. Bosnia is not nor was ever a comparable historical reality to Spain nor Belgium nor Switzerland nor even remotely resembling the UK, those who believe such is the case are blinded by their own nationalistic egotism. Keep the talons away from Bosnia, it has suffered enough from such arrogant abuse.

Even in Belgium more and more power goes to the regions. Not less. More!
Even in Belgium some politicans who are in the Flamish regional government say that 'Belgium will eventually fade away'.
Spain, UK: more power to the regions.
