No agreement about Slovenia conference

No agreement = best agreement.

Serbia is not to be on any conference where Kosovo is not represented by Umnik and considered like our territory under temporarily UN control.

Well, the mess created by the West is fairly clear now. It's quite funny how they kind of insist that Serbia gets them out of it but I sense they are coming to realise it's their issue, not ours.

Now, they will have to ask themselves who is more important, Serbia or "Kosova"? Would they prefer to be partners with a competent country or a fake criminal entity? The choice is fairly obvious.

It's time to negotiate a peaceful future for everyone in the region.

Let them choose who is more important, Serbia or the fake, illegal and immoral 'state' of Kosovo. Serbia should not be attending any conferences anywhere where Kosovo is represented as an independent country.
Serbia is the main country in the Balkans, and should start throwing its weight around. A summit about the Balkans, without Serbia present, is completely useless, and they know it.

No, Serbia will not shut up no matter how much you would wish Belgrade to do and if Tadic decides not to show, the conference will be utterly meaningless. If thats the case, the delegates might as well fold up the conference and hit the local pub for an all day bender.

You got some big hopes there Zoran :) But as far as I would know Kosovo has been choosed before Serbia in every occation. Reamamber the inaguration of Croatian the president or the serbian warrant on Agím Ceku in Bulgaria.


But how is Tadic going to sit in he same room as Mr.Thaci when Serbia has a warrant for Mr.Thaci ?? Tadic and the whole serbian political scen is acting like children and is behaving like small girls. Kosovo will be represented as a state in Slovenia and Tadic has two choices. To go or not to go. Changing some small words at the end of the conference and leaders represented with their names wont change the fact that Kosovo is represented by Fatmir Sejdiu/Hashim Thaci and everybody know that they represent the republic of Kosovo.



But if Slovenia would choose between Kosovo or Serbia I bet Slovenia would choose Kosovo. Not because Kosovo is more important but because Slovenia has recognized Kosovo as independent, It is Serbia who is putting demands so Serbia can choose if it want to come or not. Serbia will be the one who loses when it comes to the states wich have recognized Kosovo.

If the conference was in Bangladesh then it would be another story :)

It is very interesting how Serbia can handle to make all this mess between European countries. During the war in Kosova they could not achieve to break NATO even they gave a lot of effort even with help of some European countries. Now when is some kind of peace in Europe they can achieve to make a lot of troubles and confront European countries between them. I don’t know and I don’t understand why European countries and EU can not just leave alone Serbia. Don’t ask Serbia to participate in any kind of meetings leave them in dream and go forward by working with other countries of the region.

The vast majority supports the land grab by the USA. This land grab has nothing to do with the Albanians. But has more to do with Camp Bondsteel.

I must say that;the press conference was boring. Did not hear anything concrete from both PM's.

I bet Serbia will be behaving like this untill all countries around it enter EU...it will simply be talking to ghosts and no one will listen to her...untill she realizes what has happened...sad. Even Milos wouldn't have been so unsuccessfull...

If Tadic is going to sit at a conference with Thaci and Sejdu, then who cares what name is on the facecard. It means that he is tacitly recognizing Kosovo as independent. And, as soon as he returned to Belgrade, the military should place Tadic under house arrest if he were to sit at the same table with the "Snake" and Sejdu(who I think is a decent man). Nonetheless, Tadic cannot be present with separatists until the Kosovo issue has been solved. In the immortal words of that Albanian fellow, John Belushi, '...it's not over until we say it's over...'. In this case, it's not over until the Serbs say it's over!!!

Serbia is asleep and peacefully dreaming.

Why disturb Serbia by asking to go to Brdo?

Spoiling serbian dreams may have reverse effect to its peaceful sleep

I'm afraid this conference will be one of many that Serbia will have to "eat crow". When will Tadic and the rest of the Serb contingent realize that throwing tantrums does nothing but cause self embarrassment for Serbia in the eyes of the EU. It reminds me of Greece trying to pressure Macedonia over the name thing, but only Serbia has no teeth! There is only way to show how important Serbia thinks she is. And, that is NOT show up in Slovenia and see if the world stands still. However, we all know the answer to that, don't we!

I read a lot of comments about the Serbia, trying to impose a situation where Serbia would be recognized as “strongest and most important with highest influence” in Balkans and somehow all this brings me back to 1991, when Serbia was trying to proof that.
Later one, we saw consequences of these “actions”…

There has been enough proof, one would believe, it takes time for the serbs to understand and accept the facts, especially if they don’t like the reality.
This was the case starting with:
Independence of Slovenia (Otcepljenje Slovenije),
Croatia,
BiH,
Macedonia,
Monte Negro…
For most of them, Serbian politicians were claiming they can not live alone, but now we can see, they live much better than they lived earlier.

It will take some time until new reality in Kosovo will be accepted as it is and until then, they will start believing, this is what they have always asked for…

But there is one fact that is being ignored by serb posters at all the time:
You want or you don’t want to see the new reality in Kosovo, the new reality has been created and there is now way back.
Recognitions and other procedures might take a while but still, will be completed soon or later…
