If EU wants to keep Serbia happy each participant should be represented ie Slovenia, Serbia, Kosovo/a (I hope Serbia will not fight for o/a), Croatia...rather than using the term "Republic of...". Not a rocket science for modern well paid polititians. Let's move on! Next...)

President and PM of what? Prison camp Bondsteel? Those guys can only represent you, your lord and master is EU/NATO/USA.
