Yes the Moslem leadership did provoke war, but the majority of people in the Hague are Serbs not Croats or Moslems. For them it was a “revolving door” of justice; come in the front door walk out the back, but the Serbs are serving time for defending themselves.
The Croats did not have any reason to start a war with the Bosniaks because they were not being persecuted; this came later after their treachery. This was done by Franjo Tudjman trying to imitate Slobodan Milosevic’s success only he could not hold a candle to old Slobo. Tudjman wanted part of Bosnia to be part of a so called greater Croatia. That’s the reason the Moslems hate the Croats.
As I have stated before my father regularly talks to the Bosnaiks and coffee with them and they all say that their greatest regret was joining forces with the Croats. One stated “We knew that Serbs were our enemies during the war, but fought with Croats and broke bread only to have them put a knife in our back”. They also say that their leadership made the biggest mistake by not staying with Serbia.

For the record Muslims provoked the war in Bosnia.Weather that was in central Bosnia, Srebrenica or Sarajevo it is fact that Izetbegovic did not want peace. But do you know a single example of the Muslim leadership saying it was guilty of war crimes? No, it's always the Serbs or the Croats or the international community or some other culprit."The Croats had no choice but to break out of occupied central Bosnia-Kill or be killed. The Lasva valley battle occured because the Croats new that Islamic fundementalists were going to kill, it;s just the Croats advanced first defeating these so called 'warriors of god'.The media was always against the Serbs & Croats in BiH, all we ever heard was muslim casualties and never Serb or Croat. All I know is that as long as BiH is run by so called muslims there will never be peace.

This is all correct. It was the Croats that started the war with the Bosniaks in Central Bosnia – it was not the other way round.
Initially, the Croats made progress with removing or liquidating the vast majority of Moslems in those regions; homes were burnt with people still inside them, but the Bosniaks regrouped and began to retake those areas. In fac,t they were making unbelievable progress and Franjo Tudjman was in a panic that if this went any further the Bosniaks could wipe out all Croats in Bosnia so he ran to Croatians old friend, Germany, and they in turn involved the US. They blamed all of this on Milosevic, can anyone believe this?
Another interesting point occur in Central Bosnia; the Bosniaks were taking ground from the Croats and it came to a situation where 20 000 Croats were corned and the Serbs allowed them unhindered passage otherwise it would have been bye, bye Croats.

I saw that report too. John Simpson should come to Serbia where his leg was saved and do a report on munitions dropped on Serbia.

Well what happened in central Bosnia was the start of Herceg Bosna. A plan to ethnically cleanse a entire region and than make it part of Greater Croatia. That plan was stopped and that is now considered a war crime.

As for these crimes never been reported well check Hague again their is no evidence of a war crime other than what the HVO had committed. A good example would be the Lasva Valley massacre. Not to mention the siege of Gornji Vakuf, Bugojno, Travnik, Nova Travnik, the list goes on.

I wish ALL of the alleged war criminals in the former-Yugoslavia could be arrested and put on trial so that the region could just move on. There is so much great scientific, artistic, and athletic talent in Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia. I wish those nations could bring their talents together and stop the hate. It's time to move on and do something positive. War and hate is nothing but a vicious cycle that leaves all sides damaged and stuck in the past.

Who are you to say this to the Serbs and Croats Sandro? How can you act like Bosnia is your country and only yours. You know together Serbs and Croats form the majority. You know also that the Muslims there were once Serbs and Croats who converted, so they were there before you. If you don't like living with the original people of Bosnia, it is you who is welcome to move.

I don't know why your people did it. Maybe it's because there's no identity to being a Muslim Serb or Croat that you had to hijack the Bosnian identity.

You live in our country, and you claim that you are sick of our people. Please, typical Croat.
(Sandro, 8 March 2010 12:00)

I think that you went a bit far in your outburst. What HB was trying to say, is that not only one side was guilty in this terrible war and you should praise him for sharing with us his own experience.
For too long we in the West have been fooled by our politicians and convinced that only the Serbs were the bad guys.

I also was one of them believing in it until I started travelling through out the all region and realized that the reality was far from being so simple.

Unfortunately the West is still acting unilaterally for too many obvious reasons, one of the them being that they indirectly (or directly) were responsible for this all mess, mainly the US and of course it is now easier to push it under the rugg than telling the all truth.

There has been too many horrible examples these last 10 years that proved what kind of lies we were given to believe in to justify a war here, a war there for the implementation of a kind of "democracy" that at the end is more than questionable.... and how many people died and are still dying!!!

It is really time for the respect of all victims that some truth is being slowly but surely surfacing and that all criminals, irrespective of their nationalities, being accounted for their horrible acts and this shouldn't be limited to the Balkan only.

Just the other day I was looking at a BBC report investigating in Fajullah/Irak the reason why every day upto 5 newly born babies are coming with disfunctions, the sad reality is that it was caused by the usage of illegal chemical weapons by the US forces . Honestly, do you think that this should also go unpunished?? Unfortunately it will in the name of a kind of "democracy" ....

It isn't only "Muslim" people who are War Criminals. Croatians and Serbians also top the list. I could ask you exactly the same thing, why dosn't "your government" arrest "your war criminals". Oh your from Bosnia and your blaming Bosnians.

Thats not how it works. If you love your country so much, why don't you go back?

Please. Don't bring your unwanted things here. If your a "Croat" why don't you move to Croatia. Instead, you and your nationalist Croatians (Serbians too) decide to plague Bosnia and sicken us.

Incase you haven't realised no one wants to live with the Croatians.

I would rather live with a Serb than a Croat. Because atleast I know what I would get from the Serbian (No offence, some of you are kind etc).

As a Croat from 'Central Bosnia' I would personally like to thank the Serbian authorities for taking action against this war criminal. How can I and many Croats from 'Central Bosnia' ever forget the muslim lead massacres of Croats. Thousands of Croats perished while the western media ignored or chose not to mention what was really going on in 'Central Bosnia'. The Afghan and Arabic volunteers stated in Travnik' All christian s must be exterminated'. The Izetbegovic - Ganic leadership promoted and allowed these cowardly attacks to occur. There is at least 25 Muslim poiliticians/War time commanders that I'm aware of that are stil at large and the Hague and the so called Bosnian gov. are reluctant to arrest them. What kind of sick world do we live in when war criminals walk the streets of BiH like nothing ever happened.
