The reduction in international peacekeepers is because NATO is stretched too thin across the globe, and they had to pull troops - it has nothing to do with peace and calm in Kosovo, as Thaci states. Bankrupt Countries – USA, EU (the only one not in this category is Germany for now) Turkey (ha,ha,ha,ha – you are joking here; foreign aid props up Turkey) and the mighty democratic Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (they owe so much money that if the banks told them to take their people and leave they would only be able to take the cloths on their backs.

Let’s look at the two major countries that refuse to recognize Kosovo:
China – it holds up the US - $2 trillion in reserves.
Russia – it has huge foreign reserves totaling about $1.2 trillion
