"Furthermore, if you stop by the parking lot near the sports stadium on summer Friday afternoons you will see anywhere from 75-150 of the 'young Europeans' with short pants, long beards, listening to a some Wahhabi bought and paid for from Saudi Arabia."

Jason do you have any pictures of these men dressed like that? Someone should be putting this up on the web as evidence of radical Wahabbis in Kosovo.

Ifyou trying to smear someone's name than look on the right corner of this website for column "Corruption and Organized Crime in Serbia" then talk about Albanians.
(Mirub Jager, 24 February 2010 21:59)

Stick with the topic. This is about terrorists. Albanians in Kosovo and Albania seem to corner the market for this kind of activity - not Serbs. Despite the best efforts of the Kosovo "government" and EULEX to ignore the growing threat of Islamic fundamentalism in Kosovo, it cannot be hidden forever. Abu Bekir Sadik has a growing presence in S. Mitro and various 3-letter agencies are often here monitoring this group. AKSH has splintered and one group is directly involved with Salafi radicals and Al Qaeda in Kosovo. Furthermore, if you stop by the parking lot near the sports stadium on summer Friday afternoons you will see anywhere from 75-150 of the "young Europeans" with short pants, long beards, listening to a some Wahhabi bought and paid for from Saudi Arabia.

Now I see why you want to change the topic to Serbs...

They weren't Albanians who were sent to Albania:
"The Justice Department says the three detainees sent to Albania were Saleh Bin Hadi Asasi, a native of Tunisia; Sharif Fati Ali al Mishad, a native of Egypt; and Abdul Rauf Omar Mohammad Abu al Qusin, a native of Libya.

The identity of the detainee sent to Spain was withheld at Spain's request for security and privacy reasons."

So what, K_Al? Who cares if Tadic and Ceku came from the same mother? What does that have to do with anything? The story is about Croatia turning over a suspected war criminal to Serbia. Somebody's spouses have nothing to do with this story.

With today’s technology, internet and all, it doesn’t take a genius or even slightly educated individual to do some research. Before making such a ridicules comment.

Boris Tadic is married to Tatjana Tadić (née Rodić), with whom he has two children. He was previously married to Veselinka Zastavniković from 1980 to 1996, but they divorced, having no children.[90] Tadić has a sister, Vjera, who is a psychologist as well. Besides his native language, Tadić speaks English, French and Italian.[11]

Agim Ceku is married to Dragica Ponoš.[12] (of Croatian and Serbian parentage and sister of former Chief of General Staff in the Serbian military, Zdravko Ponoš)[citation needed], whom he met in Zadar, and they have three children The family lives between Kosovo and the Croatian town of Zadar, where they reside most of the time.

-- Oh please. Serbs go out of their way to eat Croatian ajvar and chocolate and Croats listen to Serbian narodne pesme more than Serbs do. Ceca wouldn't even have a career if it weren't for her Croatian fans. Croats and Serbs speak the same language, have intermarried, played together on various sports teams, fought together and died together. This "Croats and Serbs hate each other" nonesense is the vocation of lobotomized extremism that took hold of radical elements of both communities and seems to be completely believed by Albanian nationalists.

But look on the bright side guys, maybe Kouchner will bail him out. Or at the very least, Mesic may volunteer to be part of his legal defense team :)

Do you think Croatia will be stronger with Serbia or "Kosova" as a friend? It's not that difficult to answer, is it?

(Zoran, 24 February 2010 13:09)

Zoran,

I agree with you. It is pretty simple to answer. My answer is with KOSOVA, because Kosova means Albania,Western allies (USA, EU Japan, Canada, Austtralia...)and other neighbours MNG, Macedonia, Bulgaria...etc (who BTW all recognised reality of independence).

On the other hand guess what means alliance between Croatia and Serbia....(Russia, Bellarussia, China, Venezuela, Iran..etc)

Today's alliances are created based on how strong the potential partner is, and who is backing up.

I get the chills when I read all the hate coming from Albanian bloggers here. I get the feeling they do not like that Croatia is cooperating with Serbia regarding bringing suspected war criminals to justice. The new Croatian president has made a bold first step towards reconciliation with other regional partners, something Mesic unable to do. Unfortunately, he could not let go of that old ethnic hatred that the Albanian posters here so cling to.

As neighbours we don't have to love eachother but we have to be responsible people and make sure the horrors of the 90s is never ever repeated. How do we do that? By respecting eachother and loving our children enough to fight for a better future for them and our grandchildren. If that means cooperating with the croats, "who we hate so much" then so be it. We can't hate them more than we love our selves and our children. You, Kosovo-USA, unfortunately, live in the past. Trying to tell us who hates who the most is just pathetic, sad and immature. Good start with bringing war criminals to justice. I suspect there will be a lot of this going on. This includes Croatian, ethnic Albanian and Serbian war criminals.

I recommend all Albanian writers on that page not to react on the provocations of those radical Serbs on this page. Croatians and Albanians connect many deep friendships, marriages and, unfortunately, the aggressive attacks from same people. No real Croat would ever stay on side of Serbia while attacking Albanians. I can guarantee you that.

The arrest mentioned in that text is not worth talking about. We already saw in the past when e.g. General Ceku was arrested in other countries, just to be released short after. I doubt that this will be much different here. Maybe, he will be sent to Kosovo.

With the current leadership in both Serbia and Croatia the future does look much brighter. Also glad that this warcriminal will soon face justice in Serbia.

Not that I care about Serbia-Croatia relations. Not that I care to read all the comments on this one.
I would want to ask all of you a question;
How many of you know that Tadics wife and Cekus wife are sisters?
How many of you know that Ceku and Tadic talk on the phone and meet more often then we make comments here? LOL...

Might sound silly, but believe it or not, its true.

Like you albanians say

Morina is guilty until proven innocent.

Oh and Serbs and Croats don't hate each other collectively, not to mention, the Croats don't go digging up our graves, vanadalising our churches and cemetaries or beating our elderly...though the last has happened.

Not only that, but the US has sent 3 albanian terrorists back to albanian from Camp Gitmo today. Heck, I thougt all albanians are innocent like wind driven snow, simply looking for a quite peaceful corner of the world.

Josipović seems to have a different view. It looks like he wants Serbia as a partner and not an enemy. The days of blind nationalism are coming to an end my friend. Do you think Croatia will be stronger with Serbia or "Kosova" as a friend? It's not that difficult to answer, is it?

Good start with bringing war criminals to justice. I suspect there will be a lot of this going on. This includes Croatian, ethnic Albanian and Serbian war criminals.

"You make it sound like Croatians and Serbs are the best friends. I got some news buddy, the Croats and Serbs hate each other more than Albanians and Serbs." Kosova-USA

You are stuck in the past, not Serbia and the serbian people.

"You make it sound like Croatians and Serbs are the best friends. I got some news buddy, the Croats and Serbs hate each other more than Albanians and Serbs." (Kosova-well you know who)

Kosovo ist not so important, that these countries will choose friends or enemys on this issue.
Don´t be sure, you will have such support forever. With your behavior, you lost already a lot of backup (remember the damaging of the EULEX cars)

This is the all point, you have no respect for nothing, not even people, so am glad that with this very comment you just confirmed, if necessary, how far you are from the 21st century.

The same applies to all the k-a nationalist that for obvious reasons do not see with a good eye some reconciliation between Croatia and Serbia.
It looks like only hatred and limitless blind nationalism keeps you alive.

Jason do you have any pictures of these men dressed like that? Someone should be putting this up on the web as evidence of radical Wahabbis in Kosovo.
