"Joven" probably not (anymore). But "feliz" will be he for sure there with all his money.
Besides, most cars in PY are the ones which were stolen in Argentina. Here Milo can consult some of his neighbors.
Montenegrin people certainly do not deserve this not very pleasant remark but at the end they choosed to move on with Djukanovic knowing what kind of criminal he is and knowing that only his political status prevents him not to be jailed in
Italy!
