Mr Q - With all respect, they will be discussing actual legal statuses and boundaries, not squabbling over history and who may own what.

When did you get the memo Kate?
I seem to be missing it.

Dr Q sounds like a clone of Kosovo-usa. Sorry, but changing your name does little to improve your commentator skills.
Funny how both k-usa and mr Q are commenting on something totaly irrelevant to the real issue of the article.

Serbia and Spain, would an odd couple, but both want territory they cannot have, Kosovo and Gibraltar. Maybe they should also invite the Argentinos. They are also sabble rattering currently because of territory they don't own.

Cheers!

Dr Q,
please name one specific contribution.

Also want to let you know that Serbs didn't create Yugoslavia.

The Serbs were forced to live in YUGOSLAVIA with their ethnic cleansing neighbours.

I wonder whether the minister knows that Kosovars died on that war too. Do Xhemail Kada and Asim Vokshi ring a bell? I hope Spain will come to their senses and realize that Yougoslavia was not only Serbia's but we used to share it and Kosova too had it's own place and contributions to the world.
