Richard Harvey is a QC (which means “Queen’s Counsel,” and holds the highest legal rank in British law). As a QC in London he would be earning at least a 1,000 Euros an hour. Richard Harvey’s personal assistant is paid more than 71 Euros an hour.

Let us compare the money available for the Prosecution and the Defence.

The Defence is simple. Dr Karadžić’s team of 8 Serbian lawyers: 200 Euros an hour (for all of them) falling to 125 Euros an hour during the trial (for 5 Serbian lawyers). Then we have Richard Harvey, who has been imposed on Dr Karadžić: !,000 Euros an hour (the Tribunal might be paying 71 Euros, but in that case the British government is paying the rest). Richard Harvey contribution to the Defense will be negligible and will probably amount to nothing.

For the Prosecution: The entire circus at the Tribunal, MI5, CIA, and the Secret Service’s of France, Germany, Holland and others. The British Foreign Office, the US State Department, and the collective resources of dozens of Western-financed “NGOs”. The total cost of the Prosecution runs into hundreds of millions of Euros, and this increases by millions of Euros a day.

This is what passes for Justice in the “free” Western world.
