Stanaj is an ethnic Albanian from Montenegro being born and raised there, but holds Montenegrin citizenship. Don't know why you are so obsessed with having the word Albanian in the title. His ethnic origin is not relevant in this article and the only reason to do so must be to portray Albanians as criminals.

This so abvious that Serb MUP is not capable to investigate big criminals, and/or is connected with them. But, also this investigative journalism is playing as a propaganda tool for Serbia govermant, in order to defame its neighboring countries. Otherwise diverting attention elsewhere to protect its own people, which are deeply involved in criminal enterprise.

There is no such thing as awfull reputation for an entire nation. People that say this dont belong to this era. Looking from their prespective what repuation might Serbs, Germans, Italians or British have.

Thanks for the link, Swiss. Honest Albanians should try and do something about, yes, the horrible reputation they have in western Europe for importing criminal activity, instead of trying to paint it over with "A broad white brush of purity". No one wants countries in the EU that bring crime with it. Albania may never get into the EU as long as honest Albanians ignore this problem.

Thanks for the article! It didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. What is funny though is that its a family tradition to smuggle drugs amongst albanians:

"Prosecutors say the 69-year-old father and his two sons, aged 42 and 28, used their base in the southeast European country to import 1.5 tons of heroin from Turkey for sale elsewhere."

This is why Turkey and Albania should stay away from the EU.

I'm not re-inventing the world but just bringing facts that can be unfortunately read in so many european countries.
These very facts are simply ternishing an already generaly bad image and looking at comments from some k-a nationalist trolls here simply doesn't give us any opportunity to change our views and only achieved the contrary.
Hiring any "image making company" will never replace the facts on the ground and what we can witness day after day, remember the famous Palin's say with the pig and the lipstick....
