"Reforms, cooperation, good neighborly relations"

There will never be good neighbourly relations with those who are trying to bring Serbia down and steal its territory.

I thought Mladic was the only obstacle!!! Now it's good neighbourly relations!! Did she say the same to croatia's mesic? Why on earth the Serbs want to join the EU in the first place is beyond me! In my opinion you are far better off without them.

I think you forgot to complain about the "Reforms" that Serbia will also have to make in order to get the green light from the EU.

No reason for Serbia to be in the EU, free trade & travel is all Serbia needs. The EUSSR is no future at all, its the past and just as corrupt and undemocratic as SFRJ.

What does ' Belgrade’s cooperation in solving the practical issues in Kosovo ' mean? There is only one practical issue pertaining to Kosovo and we all know what that is ! Ashton and her briefs should be reminded that there are member states in the EU that do not recognise Kosovo.

MikeC, wrong again, the Serbian roots and land are somewhere beyond the Carpathian mountains,and not Balkans.

I have said it all along that, without good neihgborly relatation no EU.

Your reminder about people roots pulling to ancient lands of their origin is so interesting. However, I see a little problem there. If applied on a broader scale it is obvious that you would clean up USA of the existing population almost completely. That would be a very radical move that in turn might negatively affect and deeply hurt many of your friends, I suspect.
