Every man, woman and child in the United States currently owes $40,769 for their share of the U.S. public debt. The average annual income about $30.000 which translates at about a year and a half ratio debt to annual income. Unemployment at 10%.

Exactly, he stated its up to Kosovar authorities to decide what functions KSF should have. We should be happy we are getting free defence support and instead can spend more money on healthcare, education and infrastructure.

Only if Serbia officials request it (not B92 posters) and NATO agrees then a certain number could come back and maintain a presence under international supervision, I see no problem with that. Of course it may be an unarmed command depending on what the leaders of Kfor will agree to.

Are You sure?? Becouse I suppose, that for american generals from KFOR, USA, UK, Germany etc. hypocrites Annex 2 point 6 Resolution 1244 don't exist.

It seems to me that Mr. Fitzgerald hasn't a clue about what's happening in Kosovo i Metohija.
I do know that if what happened in Southern Serbia in 1999 and since, were to happen in the Southern USA, Mr. Fitzgerald would have very different ideas.
