Koštunica: Secret agreement with EULEX

You are right Vojo, that Tadic&Co agree with Kosova/o state, but if you were in power , you would have done the same since you would have no choice in the matter.
What bothers me about Serb politicinas is that; they don't have the guts to tell serb people the truth that Kosova/o is a country of its own and has nothing to do with Serbia anymore.

Serbian Constitution? He is testing the intellegence of the international community..) For Kosovo/a Serbian Constitution means NOTHING as it means for Serbia Kosovo/a's Constitution. So please don't try to sell to the world the Serbian Constition as the World's Constitution.

If you read Jeremic bi-weekly ranting about how well gov is doing in regards to Kosova, one can only think that this man might be right (at least for the first part of this article). Unfortunately pro-western government of Tadic, cannot survive Serb nationalism, if it was to accept the truth, which is: There is no Serb government that can do anything to keep K within S borders again. While proclaiming victories after victories through the mouth of jeremic, the Serb government is parting away from K-issue, not because they want to but because they have not choice. The list of facts is long, (EULEX acceptance, bogus 6-point plan, UNMIK dismantling etc. PfP NATO cooperation etc.)Kostunica himself doesn't believe there is any hope in getting K back but as usual K-issue has been for decades the best tool to seize power in Serbia (or to hold power in case of current government). An article, whose link was posted yesterday, was showing that Jeremic language is useful to hold the democrats in power, specifically Tadic, as the best alternative to DSS or other parties that forage today in Serbia's political fields. Kostunica is a blind nationalist but he is not stupid. The truth is whoever is in power in Serbia continuously have affirmed how far K is from ever accepting any Serbian will

Tadic, Jeremic, & Co. have done a pretty good job considering the mess that was left by Kostunica. Kosovo declared independence under Kostunica's watch, not the current government! Thanks to the diplomatic efforts of this administration and the decision to bring the case to the ICJ, recognitions have grinded to a halt. Kosovo would have a lot more recognitions if the world would have had to listen to anymore of Kostunica's nationalistic rhetoric and conspiracy theories. This man had plenty of time to negotiate with NATO regarding the future status of Kosovo but instead did nothing to further a solution...

The Albanian commentary on the Kosovo issue is really becoming boring. They keep repeating the same thing over again thinking if you say it long enough it will become true. Kosovo aint free boys otherwise your so called institutions would not be controlled by outsiders. In fact every facet of life is scrutinised closely by outside functionaries. Until Serbia says “We recognise an independent Kosovo” the rest is all diplomatic b......t! There is an old Serbian saying too “lipce magarce dok doge do zelene trave”.

An independent state funds its basic institutions as justice, police, education, health and so on. Kosovo would not be able to collect enough taxes for justice let alone the rest. Kosovo lives because of EU handouts.

As far as Kostunica is concerned don’t you recognise the beginning of a campaign to have early elections. Kostunica is no fool and he is backed by outsiders to start rocking the boat and please if there is a response to my statement no mention of NATO or the glorious forces of freedom and democracy holding at bey the forces of darkness. Something original and worth debating would be nice.

Madeline Albright was in Moscow recently to flesh out the parameters for future discussions involving a new security agreement for Europe and elsewhere which would involve VETO powers for Russia. For those that doubt this, I can tell you that she was not in Moscow to take a tour of Lenins’ tomb or see St Basils.

They are jerking the Albanian’s chains because the locals are getting restless and tired of empty promises.

So?? Republic of Karabakh, Northern Cyprus, Republic of South Ossetia, Republic of Abkhazia - have too their own constitutions. Are these countries independent states??

P.S. Pseudoindependent false state of Kosovo - don't controll its territory - North is integrated with Serbia, other serbian regions are to outside Thaci & Co. control.

The Constitution of Kosovo was declared by the will of the people.

Kosovo is independent and a nation state recognized by 65 UN member States, ROC, and Turkish Cyprus. FULL STOP!!
