Though he is still a ’’foreigner’’in Montenegro ,no warrant poses a threat to Šarić and he does not make any effort to keep out of public sight, for he is quite sure he has a high protection by top officials. He sticks his tongue out on the photographs in Serbian media, as if he had known,when the photograph was taken, that he would be out of reach to Serbian police and intelligence agency. We listen to bed-time stories by Montenegrin officials that Serbia could have arrested him if it had wanted so, and that it is only a deflection of responsibility.
