Please explain *exactly* what you mean? And then please why this argument does not apply to Tibet, Kurdistan and Abkhazia.
On Abkhazia: mind that when Georgia wanted to leave the USSR it had to conduct seperate referendums in Abkahzia and South Ossetia. There autonomous regions had the option to stay in the USSR.
Georgia never did this. Making Georgian independence illega!
I do not say that Georgia should rejoin Russia (or whatever) but what I do say is: Georgia, why don't you let these regions go? They both have the right (!) to leave Georgia.
Kosovo did not have the right to split from Serbia!

guess what. Serbia is Sui Generis, China is Sue Generis, USA is, Italy is, Germany is, Cambodia is. Every single corner of the world is Sue Generis. It kinda makes the whole uniqueness seem less impressive when we're all equally unique.
And truly the phrase of the decade (and perhaps the latter part of the last century) should/could be "Be Nice to America or We'll Bring Democracy to Your Country".

Rubbish, it's 'Sui Generis' because the US and her NATO allies like to make up the rules as they go along to suitE their own interests.
What about Palestine, is that not Sui Generis? The Palestinian people have been fighting for over 60 years for their own state and yet it has been continually denied to them by Israel and its main ally, the US. Republika Srpska has more right to exist than the croat muslim federation. The Serbs are natives to this land and are therefore entitled to their own state. Croats and muslims should be happy they have the little land that they do. But that is how generous the Serbs are. Giving some of their own territory to our sworn enemies.
republika srpska should be independent this year and Serbs are majority in the whole country anyway and they are 92%+ majority in the republika srpska so that's it that's all folks. and then the people in krajina should speak about full autonomy since croatia got a president with brains there and knows some history and now that should be done next because that is serbian lands.
